You can book any room of your choice in just 3 steps on Joey rooms. The 3 steps include, Sign in, search room and pay 20% as advance to your preferred accommodation and once it is booked, you would receive a confirmation email. It’s that simple.
2) Can I make 100% payment online?
Yes. You can. And once you pay online on Joey rooms, you don’t have to pay anything at your preferred accommodation.
3) How much does a room cost at Joey rooms? Any other hidden charges?
A Joey room comes with food starting at 349 INR and no hidden charges.
4) What kind of food is available?
Food will be provided as per the accommodation provider’s policies. You can check the food menu while you are booking the room. You have to pay additional charges for add on items beyond standard menu options.
5) Do I have to carry any ID proof while check-in?
Yes. You can carry valid ID proof (except pan card) while check-in. Aadhar card is mandatory while you sign in at Joey Rooms.
6) Can I track my room using GPS?
Yes, you can track using our inbuilt Google map for each accommodation. For any difficulties, you can reach us prior after your booking and our team would be happy to guide you accommodation address.
7) Can I do group booking?
Yes. We made it easy for you. Just submit a form with your requirement and we will give you multiple options to choose from and you can pay a advance to confirm the booking.
8) Can a guest check-in if the name on the ID does not match the booking name?
Yes, he can check-in but has to provide a govt. valid Id proof at accommodation and registered user should submit his Id proof with Joey rooms.
9) What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time is 8:00 AM IST and the standard check-out time is 7:00 AM IST.
10) How to write a review?
To write a review, you must be registered user at Joey rooms and you can submit a review directly on website or on app store for mobile app users.

Joey rooms validate all its property partners before it opens booking to user, however our support emergency team will be always available for any kind of emergency.
15) Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel booking before 24 hours and refer the property cancellation policy for more details.
16) Can I get my guest to my rooms at a sudden surprise?
Yes. With prior intimation to accommodation providers for a short time and for longer stays, you have to book for them separately.
17) Can I get vehicle at Joey rooms?
We don’t have the feasibility as of now. But may consider in future.
